The Lord’s Supper accomplishes the purposes for which Christ established it: it’s the true body and blood of Jesus Christ to be eaten and drunk by Christians, under the bread and wine and it fulfill us with forgiveness of sins and all the resulting benefits that follow all who believe on Jesus’ promises: Given for you for forgiveness of sins.
