The Rev. Genivaldo Agner was born on July 30, 1977, in Laranja da Terra, State of Espírito Santo - Brazil. Son of Waldemar Agner and Alcira Schreiber Agner. Married with Ana Cláudia Kunzendorff Agner.

He began his studies at 1996. His probation period was made in Portugal at 2000 and 2001. Graduated in theology by the Instituto Concórdia de São Paulo at December 08th, 2002. The same year graduated in music leadership for the same school. Worked for 5 years at the "Paz" parish in Francisco Corrêa - State of Espírito Santo - Brazil.

He is here in Portugal since September 04th, 2008 and works at the "Consolação" parish - Mercês, Lisbon.

He is now the President of the IELP, since April 2011, when pastor Jonas Flor, accepted a call to serve the Church in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil
